Tommy Cannon and the 4th Grade Spelling Bee

Spelling bee! Amazing how two simple words can bring grown people to their knees in horror.

Along comes Tommy Cannon, a fourth grader who can spell a word like "out" only because it's on the Little League scoreboard. Imagine how fun-loving Tommy must feel when he is picked to be the manager of a two-person spelling team heading to the county spelling bee. Worse yet, his teammate is a g-i-r-l! Not good.

Tommy, who lives for sports, mischief, and horsing around, must now step up and prove to everyone that he can manage the winning team and bring the trophy home to Hilltop Elementary.
